May Monthly Meeting

Date: Tuesday 6th May 2025

We aim to provide emotional and practical support to anyone affected by cancer. Whether you are a patient, a caregiver, or a loved one, we offer a welcoming environment where you can share experiences, receive guidance, and find a community that understands.

What is the meeting about?

The meeting has no real agenda, other than bringing like minded people together. Yes, we may talk about cancer and how it is affecting you or others, but we also talk about daily life, the news, culture, hobbies, basically anything you would like to share.

You can of course, just come along and listen, gain insights into useful information and resources that other people have discovered.
If you have any questions or need guidance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
  • A Warm Welcome: Friendly volunteers will greet you and help you feel at ease.
  • Guest Speakers: Hear from healthcare pros, survivors, and advocates sharing insights and resources.
  • Sharing Stories: Share your experience or simply listen — no pressure, just support.
  • Privacy & Safety: We prioritize confidentiality and create a safe, respectful space.
  • Connection & Refreshments: Relax, connect, and enjoy light refreshments.

Help us with a donation

Our donations will help us reach more people in the local community. We endeavour to put donations to good use to improve the quality of lives for people affected by cancer in our local community.

We are aiming to create a sense of community and support. A place to obtain information for people with cancer and all those affected by it, including carers, family members and friends.

We look to put on events and use donations to fund these in the local community.
